PS5 10 hour trial won't launch. Still have time left on it...
I played about half of my 10 hour EA Play trial of NHL 22, and now for some reason it's locked in the playstation store. anyone able to fix this?

Community ManagerThat looks like the same account you're posting with. Since it doesn't have an EA Play subscription, it won't be able to play the trial. The 10 hour trial can only be accessed through an EA Play subscription.
I changed my psn user name. It’s the same account it’s always been. If you would just look at the psn store, you’d see that the NHL trial is the ONLY 22 game that has been removed. It’s clear. Just look.
