dude, I literally had a 20 minute back and forth with 2 different support people. BOTH said if there was something they could do, they would. NEITHER will do anything. and now EA won't either. So now I have to suffer for neither company fixing or looking into the problem. I'm not paying for EA PLAY again if this is how it goes. I'm also not the only one with this issue. and PLEASE do not say ' just talk to playstation again'. Believe me, it's been a huge long conversation with multiple people. they cannot fix it.
It’s not just you, I load game it says there is 1:03 left on trial, click proceed to game and then it says you need to buy to use.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
