Depending on report volumes it can sometimes take a while for people to be dealt with but rest assured the team does look into everything.
It's possible you could have come across a different person using the same name or they were banned/warned previously and stuck with their bad habits; please just keep reporting when you come across bad stuff
The incident took place on January 17 2021 at 10:03 GMT. I reported all information but your answer just "Report again by following steps". When you are a European who committed a racist attack and a Turkish who was attackted you ignore this incident. Because you are not fair.
