Make sure when you are deleting that you aren't just deleting the local files. You will need to delete your cloud saves as well or else when you log back in, it will sync data to those existing files and the problem will still persist.
And as was said before, we are still trying to figure out the original cause of the issue. This is just a workaround that has worked for people and once we have seen this fix go in, we haven't re-encountered the issue yet which is why we aren't sure on the repro steps.
Any info you can provide of things you did in the product before encountering the product would help.
For example:
- Was BAP the first mode you played?
- Did you create a player in World of Chel first and in BAP start from that common created pro?
- Did you play any other online or offline modes prior to playing BAP?
- Did you change any custom settings for your main game?
- When you started your BAP career, did you set any custom settings?
- Did this occur from game 1 of your BAP career? Or did it happen multiple games in? (if the latter can you remember anything that you changed in the mode or elsewhere in the game or modes you would have gone into between playing that game that first saw the issue?)
