Hey @EA_Aljo I am having the same problem. I already own nhl 20, but I am not able to download it and it doesnt show up in my owned gaems on ps4, it does show on ps5 however when I go to the store link it says I can only wishlist this game. did you ever get any update on this? sony has made it very difficult to contact them now

I don't have any news on this. Can you contact Sony support? They should be able to tell you why it's not showing up in your purchased games.
- @EA_Aljo I've tried, but they have made it so pretty much the only way to contact them is to wait in a couple queue for a chat window.
