It is possible that switching between Wi-Fi and a wired connection will have an effect, can you try that and post your results here please?

Still same issue game is unplayable,showed me app ea fifa 16.

AGAIN EA IGNORE THIS?Can you please let me know why showed me EA FIFA 16 if I never played fifa in my life and I no owned this game?It is big issue and i cant play online because is unplayable.I spended a lot money for nothing?It is really frustrated when you ignore customers issue.If you dont wanna help me then return my money back please.Thank you

I tested need for speed and showed me Star wars Battlefront..it is smoething wrong on EA side?Because I really dont understanding this.

Contacted my isp sky uk and they said that is everything perfect with my connection.Please contact EA support due is EA fault.So can you please let me know what I need to do???

No reply again ?...and also when I login in  to my account then in game specific identities is no game.showed me no other identities...why is empty if i still play NHL 17?
