No offense but.....You guys are both DUMB to have paid REAL money for what? Pixel's that even if EA DID give to you they would eventually take away again? You don't believe me? Look at my post and the MANY other posts about peoples WHOLE HUT TEAM vanishing, and IF EA does anything about it ( and thats a BIG if ) it will take them AT LEAST A MONTH. meanwhile you have NO team to play with, NO pucks to buy anything with, no NOTHING.
EA CONTINUES to rip people off with these 'packs' of cards that have as much chance of giving you a good card as you have of winning the "grand prize" off a scratcher. Yet people CONTINUE to THROW more and more money away to a company that PROVE's on a DAILY basis that they care about NOTHING but our money.
You want your packs? go to help.ea.com and talk with an EA employee. This is just a site for PLAYERS to help other PLAYERS. And a player can't help you get your cards. your best bet is going there during business hours and selecting the call back option. they may tell you it can take 14-20 days for them to "investigate" the claim but with missing packs it's usually much faster than that.......but SERIUOSLY. QUIT wasting REAL MONEY on packs. WASTE (and thats what it is) as many PUCKS as you want....but don't WASTE your MONEY. You wasted enough of that BUYING this glitchy pos game already.
