Community ManagerWhat mode is this happening in? Also, how long are you letting the goal celebration play out? Currently, you will still see the celebration playing near the bench, but it should return to normal gameplay after. It's probably about an extra 10 seconds longer at the moment.
@EA_Aljo This has been happening in bap (be a pro) for about 2 weeks now. I have mentioned it a few times, so thank you for asking. It freezes/sync errors out for upto 30 minutes till I close out and have to restart the game. I've had to replay the same game 3 times over due to this.
Community ManagerThat sounds like a different issue. It would be tough to troubleshoot currently if this is still happening for online modes since it's possible this could be resolved when it's fixed for the rest of the game. Out of curiosity, if you create a new BAP, does it still happen?
@EA_Aljo. I have actually, and it still does the same thing. I have one that I played the juniors and one that I went right into the nhl. At first it was only doing it after a goal, and would sync screen until my shift was over, and then snap back to being on the bench. Now it just stays on that screen till I restart the game.

Same issue for me in single player exhibition. Seeing either perpetual goal celebrations (left for 15 mins and it’s still ongoing) or the endless syncing issue. Every single goal. Just bought this and can’t even get through my first period of gameplay lol.
I'm still having the issue... I haven't played for a month now... because it gets me frustrated... I played 2 days a go, I played a whole game without any problem... I was like... Wow ! They finally fixed it... but the game after... bang... sync problem came back... It's a joke... a freaking joke... how can you let us falling for a freaking whole month without any resolution... How can you still selling that crap now ? You're litterally selling an unplayable game... great job ea... seriously i'm done with you.. last nhl game I will buy from you... And i was a loyal customer... I never skipped a year since nhl 99 .... Great job.... You're laughing at us
