Community ManagerThanks for trying that. Next, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 22. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 22 and delete the saved data.
I've tried thag as well, also tried deleting yhe game and reinstalling
It's not about beimg online, its not the internet. I only play franchise mode wich is an offline game mode.

Still getting the same problem unfortunately...I'm deleting all my saved data and the game and going to try reinstalling everything fresh....may sound weird but could it be that I'm trying to use the latest rosters (may 10) that could be causing the problem? I've never had this issue before
Community ManagerI haven't heard of the roster update being an issue. I also think that would cause a problem loading into a game rather than freezing in the middle of one. Have you performed any customization to your arena or team? If so, try removing that and see if this still happens.
Nope haven't done any arena stiff....I've never had an issue before just now after ea updated the game
Well I haven't played it for months so the ipdate is "new" for me. All of a sudden doesn't work.
