Re: Have not received November preorder diamond packs

I talked to Bruce. I believe he let you know what's going on. It's a known issue and we're working on a resolution.

  • @EA_Aljo I get that, and I appreciate that you guys are here, but I'm still just frustrated with the issue at hand. I got my first 2 months worth of packs, and then it apparently just stopped working. Meanwhile, my roommate and many others are still receiving just fine. Just kind of a headscratcher.

    I definitely understand the frustration. We know some of you have run into this issue and it's being investigated. For now, keep an eye on our official channels for updates. When I have some news, I'll let you know as well.

    @nickimholte Great! There was a fix for this issue in today's patch so you should be getting those packs going forward.

  • @EA_Aljo What about the other 2 that I still haven't received? I've gotten 6 so far, while other users have received 8.

    @nickimholte That is still being investigated. The initial issue has been resolved, but missing packs are something we're going to have to wait for a resolution on.
