Your rank in Squad Battles, as well as Rivals and HUT Champions, is fluid. Meaning, if reached Pro 1, but didn't play for a while, others have surpassed your rank. This will make yours drop. You need to keep playing to maintain your rank or raise it higher.
I am aware of stated, but as I said, I have checked my rank 30min before end of season. And I don’t believe dropping 7 levels is realistic within 30minutes. Plus I’m almost sure I didn’t receive any reward, not even for beginner lvl.
Actually, I have a pic of my rank 1,5h before end of the season. The historical maximum I can see now is 7levels lower. It was the first season I played and it is super unmotivating.
Sorry for that, I needed to adjust file size so it can be uploaded. I have earned 15,960points. The coin card value was 12,500 if I'm not wrong. Please check.
Community ManagerI'm not seeing those rewards being received. A more thorough investigation will need to be performed though. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into the missing rewards, but they won't be able to modify your rank.
When squad battles rewards was meant to come i didn’t receive all my rewards I only got 10k I’m meant to get 26k because I was Elite division 1

Squad Battles rewards are released on Thursdays at 2 PM PST.
