Re: Infinite syncing screen - HUT RIVALS

Hi there, @KeaghanFife 

We should go through some troubleshooting to see if we can get this resolved. First, do you use a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • This isn't a hardware issue, it's not on my end. Multiple people are having this issue. Every other game runs just fine for me

    We're seeing some reports of this for EASHL and are trying to gather data on that. You're welcome to post it in this thread. However, we can't rule out any issues with your connection without troubleshooting so let me know if you change your mind. Thanks!

  • It’s not just him it’s everyone your game is broken either fix your game now or give us all refunds this is ridiculous .

  • This isn't a connection issue, it's a huge issue with your game. It needs to be fixed. I can't even complete a single 6s game and my internet is just fine.

  • @EA_Aljo It ain’t his connection. Every time there is a stoppage in play I sit for five minutes while the game syncs. I Uber never had this issue and I’m wired.
  • 4 times today Ive got infinite syncing after someone takes a penalty. Up 7-0 and the guy just throws the puck over the boards tilll we get it. My ping is 12ms so it isnt my connection. Please patch this

    This is unacceptable. If the trolls from the past 4 years are not intolerable enough, you gifted them a glitch. I know your busy copying this years game for next year, but maybe implement a player rating system after you can fully launch this years title.

    A new NHL 22 patch is now available for both Xbox and PlayStation to fix various desyncs and crashes.

    If you continue to experience issues after downloading the latest update please let us know.

  • It's not a connection issue, it's doing it me on bap which is an offline mode as well

    @EA_Blueberry I still do after the update in hut champions my record will be screwed cause of it i was up 4-3, 29 seconds left to the game

    Happened to me a bunch in hut today too ea fix this game it un playable

  • Its happened more since maintenance shutdown and update then before like wtf ea you made it worse than it was

  • I never experienced syncing problems before 04.11.2021 update.

    Hut squad battles unplayable because of endless Syncing screen, this is ridiculous. 

    Fix the game!!!

    Exactly the same as yourself, since yesterday's update, I have had four hut squad battles have this endless syncing.  Annoying as it costs points (and coins to replay) but also time in the day which is limited for myself to play these games.  No issues prior to this update, now squad battles are largely unplayable today.

  • Imagine them saying its everyone's connection instead of reverting whatever update they did that ruined this in the first place. #fixyourgame

  • We need a new developer for NHL. EA has shown that they don’t care about us - the people who buy this game every year and are disappointed year after year. At first look NHL22 seemed better. Now after a few updates, it still has several glitches and has become more and more the same game We’ve seen in the past. The only player that stands out is McDavid. Individual abilities and skills for the players in the game can’t be seen. Hockey Roots event started and no surpise: maximum upgrade for these players is 92 - 93 ovr elite master items are only avalable in packs. I’ve played these games since 1994 and I’ve had enough. EA’s endless greed and poor game developement year after year won’t stop. We need a change.

  • Having this issue for months on an ethernet connection. This is happens every 3-5 games. This is completely unacceptable. It is embarrassing that you charge so much money for a bug ridden game and its 5 months in.
