You know, he isn't the only one with these problems. I have ALSO upload a PingPlotter graph documenting what my route looks like. Unlike the other guy I don't have the option of another ISP here, so I have what I have and that's that.
So an honest question...if I have done everything here to maximize my internet connection to the point of OCD, and also had numerous Spectrum "techs" (as they call them) here to change out wires and "investigate" the problem (with no problems found) but still have nothing but problems online with ONLY this game, and people at EA claim that their servers aren't the problem, what do I do to get the game to work here? Also, if I want a refund for this game and my retailer refuses returns for opened games (very standard policy), but the game doesn't work online for me, and no solution is available to make it work, then how do I get a refund?
