EA Customer ExperienceI'm allmost certin that it was 23,900 coins but getting 21,950 back i will count this as a win. so here is the breakdown.
Lost Coins on Sept 28th at 7:30pm contacted EA asked to wait 24 hours for the Servers to Sync
Contacted Ea again Sept 29th at 9:30pm asked to wait again 6 hours for a speciailst to be available.
Contacted Ea again at 3 am, went over what happened , got transferred went over what happened again and at 5:15am i was told that if i want to continiue to be warned that if my case is to be found fraudulent my account will be suspended. i said no problem i just want my coins back.
Waited 24 hours
Waited another 24 hours
Waited another 24 hours
Recievied email from invistagater on Oct 3rd at 3:19 am saying i will get most of my coins back.

EA Customer ExperienceIt is now 5 am and i still haven't been paid the missing pucks i will update this with how long it takes to acutally get the coins back in my acocunt.
Emailed Laura asking if she knew when they would be put in my account but no responce yet.
Got a responce from Laura, she said their was a glitch
