Do you use wifi or cable connection for the PS4? 

Have you done any local gaming for NHL 19? If no remove local and cloud saves for NHL19.

I use a cable, but whether i try with wifi it still dont do anything. Also i bring my ps4 to a friend house and i was able to play online (wifi) with. Does that mean i have a problem with my router ?

Hey, @lavyBOYS that could be the router issue or ISP issue.

I recommend power cycling the router and make sure it's up to date. If it fails after that poke your ISP and see what they can help with.
