- @EA_Aljo I've had someone add the packs, however they've been added as untradable when they're supposed to be tradable but apparently EA is unable to add any tradable content to accounts. This is an instant middle finger really since I've literally paid for tradable content and not received it, and it feels blatantly obvious that EA are just pushing me to buy more packs instead, surely something can be done? I've not opened any of the packs yet
So I contacted an advisor and they told me to contact XBOX support. WTH??? How is that providing support? I am so frustrated that I am about to just get a refund. All over some stupid packs, definitely not worth the frustration.

Normally, this is something the retailer needs to resolve. We're currently investigating this though and when I have some new details, I'll let you know. If you can't wait, you're welcome to seek a refund from the retailer the game was purchased from.
- @EA_Aljo Thanks Alijo. Hopefully you can get some additional details. FYI, Xbox support was not of any help.

Thanks for the update. I'll let you know when I have some news.
I have the same issue and OP, and have contacted support as recommended above, however support provided no solution and told me to be patient and wait. Support also told me to post on the forums regarding my issue, which seems to be a loop based on previously mentioned recommendation.
