I dont know why we try to politly make him understand what the deal for us. He dosent want to understand what we are saying. This forum is exclty how EA treat its player who want to play the part of their game that dosent require us the more than we already pay. They dosent even care period.

We have put a huge amount of effort into other modes besides HUT. I get that Franchise is your favorite mode, but the game is not unplayable. I understand for you it is because you require the most current rosters, but all the modes work and are playable. You also have the ability to create the missing players yourself. Yes, it's not ideal and I'm very sorry for that, but this is a situation that we aren't in control of due to the licensing rights.
This is not what they asking for. We know already players signed from Russia for example, need to play one game for them to be added.
However, we ask about roster update the include CHL players in their teams.
To make it clear' for example A. Lafreniere should be in NYR rangers roster (signed or unsigned) the same as WHL Kirby Dach was in Chicago roster in NHL 19, or any other chl players in previous additions of the game. (mostly as unsigned rookies but on the roster)
Players from H-east we can wait till they play in the NHL.
