Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your PlayStation console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.
If that fails to get it to install for you, we recommend contacting PlayStation Support to verify why the game cannot be fully installed to your console. We can help with things happening within the game itself but if it's not able to install that leans more hardware or PSN account related which they should have a solution on their end for you.
