You're being heard. Unfortunately, this isn't something that is solely on our end or it would have been easier to resolve. This is requiring working with Sony since we don't have any access to their store and that is where the game needs to be downloaded from. I hate that this has been such a disappointing experience for you, but we're doing all we can to get this fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this doesn't line up with your trial and I'm very sorry for that. We also don't have the ability to refund you because your payment goes through Sony's store. You're welcome to contact their support to see if a refund is possible.
Any reason why you are not aknowledging our request of giving us a free month of EA Play as compensation?
