You cannot seriously be this dense. I refuse to believe it. Have you not been reading anything that any of us have been saying? Our EA Play subscriptions have long expired and we have asked if any compensation will be awarded to us or else there is no point in fixing the issue as we won't even be able to play the rest of our trial time. Instead, our requests get ignored and replied with generic responses and now you have the nerve to say the issue is fixed and think everything is fine? EA employees are acting like straight NPCs.

Again, for the 5th time, I am not asking you to extend the trial time. I am asking for you to give us a free month of EA Play. This simple request has been dodged and ignored countless times. I'm not sure if you understand that the extending the trial time on NHL 22 and awarding us a free month of EA Play are two different things. I'm sure there is a lot more that you, as a company, can do but that you simply do not care. Atleast that is what it seems like. I'm sure that if EA can actually correlate that happy customers = more sales, then you would actually try to improve customer satisfaction.

As explained previously, we don't have the ability to extend your trial time or offer a free month of EA Play. This has to go through Sony. Since we don't have access to their account database and we don't have any control over their store, it's not something we can do.

Thank you for the straight forward response for once. If you read all previous EA employee messages, no previous reply mentioned that awarding free EA Play subscriptions was not possible. I'm sure if you provided our account informations to Sony representatives, they could easily apply free months to us but I guess that is too much to ask for huh?

Unfortunately, this isn't something we can do. You'll need to contact Sony to find out if they can provide any kind of compensation.

I figured this would be the case. My sub expired weeks ago. There’s no way I’m ever getting ea play again. He slow response time to even have taken us seriously over 6 weeks ago would have helped. So long!!!!! It’s been real.
