Community ManagerAs explained previously, we don't have the ability to extend your trial time or offer a free month of EA Play. This has to go through Sony. Since we don't have access to their account database and we don't have any control over their store, it's not something we can do.
Thank you for the straight forward response for once. If you read all previous EA employee messages, no previous reply mentioned that awarding free EA Play subscriptions was not possible. I'm sure if you provided our account informations to Sony representatives, they could easily apply free months to us but I guess that is too much to ask for huh?
Community ManagerUnfortunately, this isn't something we can do. You'll need to contact Sony to find out if they can provide any kind of compensation.
I figured this would be the case. My sub expired weeks ago. There’s no way I’m ever getting ea play again. He slow response time to even have taken us seriously over 6 weeks ago would have helped. So long!!!!! It’s been real.
