Hi,

Is there any timeframe on when this could possibly be fixed? I am a software developer, and while I don't make video games I can tell you that it shouldn't take 6+ months to fix a data sync issue like this. EA is known for prioritizing new content over fixing existing issues, but this glitch is a huge point of issue with many players.
