Since the router isn't too far away, can you try using a wire to see if there's an improvement?

    Curious, yesterday in CHEL clubs 6vs6 I had all night double ping (~60 compared to my regular 30) and even 17% packet loss. This hasn't happened all year, but the minute we have the announcement of the techincal test, I get this?🤓

    It didnt' seem to affect my gameplay too much, the player felt okish, although I got a few wierd bounces etc. but you always get those right?

    I last had similar issues with connectuon quality and NHL some years ago, can't remember if it was during technical test or early after release, that was on PS4... My service provider is Telia in Finland, and I am using wired connection. I ran speed tests online with my PC (and even checked Sony's test) and everything appears to be normal. This is now happening on PS5. I will check out the situation tonight as well.

    There's really no way a tweet is going to cause lag all of a sudden. There were no updates to the game. Especially nothing NHL 23 related. We're not getting other reports of this either. It would be best to start with the troubleshooting steps here. You also may want to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing anything.

    I dunno, some tweets have had disastrous effect throughout the history of social media..😇

    But seriously, I know it's not my end, so it has to be EA servers and/or Telia messing something up. Like I said, we had this similar thing a couple of years back, and it was resolved by you guys. All I can do is notify Telia about it.

    That was a different issue and one we could reproduce. That's not the case currently. We'd have to go through troubleshooting steps to see if we can find out why this is happening. The ones I linked would be the first place to start.
