I missing my free packs also due to migration! I spoke to ea and they said they are aware! It’s not fair if we don’t get these diamond packs during TOTY!

Yeah, its typical, now that we have the TOTY event we need more cards than ever to make collectibles. 
But the the bottomline is that, I want what I paid for. I pre-ordered to get the bonus (packs that is)
I migrated from PS4 to PS5 in December, now I dont receive dimond packs to my PS5 HUT :-(

    I messaged them with the same issue and got a half * response, we paid extra to get these extra packs and ea is not providing us with what we paid for.
