Re: Unsold auction cards won’t send back to collection

Just two icon players. I tried to quick sell em just to see what happens and it said cannot sell an active team item. Even though they are not assigned to anything

  • It’s quite infuriating because I can’t send all to collection now when other items are in the inbox I have to manually do each one because of the two icon players that are stuck in there. 

  • If there is some magic way to get someone at EA to get into my account to remove these from my inbox so that I can use them and not see them there stuck it would do so much for my mental health. The struggle is real for my OCD right now. Come on, let’s go!

    @nafenecki 

    Can you try creating a new HUT lineup and then try accessing those icons from the inbox?

    That let me remove one of the two cards but the other one is still stuck there now. I’ve tried repeatedly creating new lineups to remove this last card too and so far nothing is working on it.

    @nafenecki 

    I'm thinking it's tied to HUT lineups. Can you try deleting all your HUT lineups 1 by one until you're able to remove that last item?

    Okay I just did that and was left with just a blank lineup and it still didn’t work. 🙁 I know this sounds like a minor issue but it’s driving me nuts!
