Reds are tinted pink

Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I load the game, all the reds are pink. I've tried different tvs and hdmi cables, I removed all nhl 22 files and uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it still is pink. I had someone else bring their xbox over to my home, and theirs looks fine. I checked the color blindness options in my xbox, and it was not set. This only happens in NHL 22. I had it happen in NHL 21, but I only had to delete the cache files to fix

That was actually the first thing I tried.. deleting the user data.. and it did nothing..
A friend suggested to me today to try loading the game with another account. So I used my gf's account, and the reds were red.. which annoyed me.. then.. I don't know why I hadn't noticed before.. the accessibility options in the NHL 22 game.. I didn't realize there was a color blindness option in the game.. I assumed it was just in the xbox settings..
so sure enough.. I see somehow.. mine was set away from default.. I'm not sure how that happened.. because I would have no reason to even go into that menu.. but then.. I saw it..
ugh.. so annoying.. anyways.. thanks for everyone's help.. I hope this helps someone else who does something dumb like this in the future.

A lot of the colors are tinted.
Some blacks are tinted green.
Other blacks are tinted purple.
Most, if not all, of the blues are tinted purple.
Lots of reds are tinted pink.
All the yellows are tinted orange.
And all the oranges are tinted red.
And don’t get me started on the teams whose gloves are a totally different color than the rest of their uniforms.

Thats not what I mean though. When compare my nhl 22 on my Xbox with my friends nhl 22 on his Xbox.. The reds on my nhl 22 are pink and his are red.
They used to be red. Then one day.. They were pink.

Is it only red that is looking odd? Also, have any settings changed on your TV? Have you tried a different HDMI cable? Thanks!

That secondary color isn't supposed to be red. It isn't on the real jersey.

I'm not really sure about the other colours.. it's really only red I can tell.. as pink is very obvious.. plus red is the icon colour of the first player.. and I'm usually red.. so seeing pink is easy..
Also.. I've attached 2 photos.. this was taken on a different tv with a different hdmi cable.... the only thing is the same is my xbox.. I had my friend's xbox plugged into both tvs and his reds are fine.
like I said.. this happened to me with NHL 21 last year (I was using a different tv then).. and they told me to delete the cached user files and that worked.. but i've done that for nhl 22.. and it doesn't fix it.

hmmm okay.. maybe you're right with that.. as I was just trying to find the best way to show a photo.. and I didn't really check..
but this photo i've attached.. clearly shows my red icon under the controller is pink.. and then all the red icons on the ice are pink.. there are other places that are pink.. it's just hard to show in a single photo how pink things are..

Have you checked your accessibility settings to make sure you didnt checked color blind mode by mistake?

I looked this issue up before I created it here, and thats what people said to check. so I was excited that might be it.. but my settings are set to default.. so.. that's not it.

the attached photo is prob the perfect example on how everything is pink..
there's gotta be a way for me to clear my cache or something to make it not pink..
the rest of my xbox isn't pink. it's only THIS game.
I hate the pink.. really really hate it.

That looks like it could be an issue with HDR, like the game is outputting HDR but the TV isn't recognizing it as an HDR signal.
