Retired Numbers Missing

It seems that all the numbers that were retired numbers last season are not added to any arena or restricted jersey number. Henrik and Daniel Sedin (Vancouver) , Chris Phillips (Ottawa) , Roberto Luongo (Florida) , John Tonelli (Islanders) , and Butch Goring (Islanders) are all missing.  Arena rafter banners are also missing.  All of the numbers were retired last year before the season ended due to the pandemic.
