    I have another account (which I forgot about) that's tied to my Xbox gamertag. I signed into it and accepted the terms there.

Thanks for trying. Next, try resetting the password for your EA account. You can do that at www.origin.com.

    @drew096 

    I came across someone else with this issue. After a couple of hard restarts, they were able to accept the T&C. Have you tried that yet?

      Password changed. Yes, this issue has been persisting for a few days now. I've reset my console many times in that span.

        @drew096 

        Thanks for trying those. Next, I'd like you to create a mobile hotspot, connect to it and try accepting the T&C again. If that works, you can go back to your normal connection.
