I claimed it two days ago. I've logged in since then, played games and opened the diamond packs, somewhere along the way still hoping the missing milestone pack would show up somehow and still nothing.
Community ManagerI can see you opened a Players pack 2 days ago. If that's not the one you received for the Milestone, open a case with an advisor here so they can investigate this.
I opened a few packs that day but it did not come from the milestone i redeemed. If you take a look at the time of redemption of my 200,000 sq point milestone and the time I opened the players pack. The players pack opening was from before I redeemed the milestone.
