I witnessed that hands down shortly after typing the previous reply. When sitting on the blue line on defense while in OT ( i always play defense) got a 2min penalty without touching a soul and the DELAYED PENALTY yellow notification did not even pop up, then after I got out of the box the game tossed me back in for another 10seconds.....crazy.....I saved videos of the above chaos and will be uploading.
