Skin color changed

The same thing happened to me this morning.  About half of the players have changed to solid black faces, with only color for their hair, facial hair, and eye color.  Pretty creepy if you ask me.  Looks like an Orc from LOTR

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rosters- edit player
What happens when the bug occurs? It appears that some players that would normally be white appear to be painted pitch black in the face but still have their normal white hands. Players include Brian Elliot, any player you try to create, J.T Miller and many others.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the players in the same skin color as they are in real life.

At this point, there will be no further updates for NHL 18. I know this bug is annoying, but unfortunately, it's not going to be fixed. I'm very sorry ☹️
