My players skin color is changed on their face

My face for Tyler bertuzzi is changed what do I do
The same thing happened to me this morning. About half of the players have changed to solid black faces, with only color for their hair, facial hair, and eye color. Pretty creepy if you ask me. Looks like an Orc from LOTR
