Slow Reaction of players Xbox 360

Question

Hi, after last update of NHL 15 I have problem with slow reaction of players to gamepad. It's not gamepad problem, I have tried two different. Problem appears even in offline game. I have reported this problem to czech EA help. They gave me any advice, but nothing helped. Last was to delete update. I did it and everything was good. So there has to be any problem. Without update I am not able to play online. But I play only online HUT, GM connected so it's really annoying. I can not play as I want. EA help wrote to me, that I have to wait to another update and asked me if I could post my problem here, so here is it. I hope that will be fixed asap. I don't know how many players have the same problem. But it's really awful. Sorry for my english.

Thanks for your feedback. You could try to reset your router-modem and to clear your Xbox 360 cache:

From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
Select System Settings.
Select Storage.
Highlight Hard Drive Device.
Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
Reboot your console.

Hi, Bastian, this was one of the advices that EA help gave to me. But it did not help.

What I have tried and haven't helped

Clear Cache

Reset router

Delete and download again my gamertag

Problem is even in offline game I tried to create new gamertag

Nothing helped

Las advice was try to delete update, I did it and after that all was good again. So it has to be in that update.
