Some connection problems.

Hello, pls, help me if possible. Amazon support told me that it is on EA side to solve my problem. My usual ping in NHL is 37-39, some weeks ago it was 32-33. I've made tracert command in CMD, and it...

    @AlexZhgulev 

    Did you run this test on a wireless connection? You've got packet loss with the connection to your router. If so, you need to be on a wired connection so that you're using the same connection you play on. THat will give us accurate results.

    No no, i don't use router and WiFi connection, package lost is on wired connection, so at first i have told my internet support about it. Hope they will do smth tomorrow! Thx for help!
