Stuck in a cut-scene

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? On Be A Pro, not during a game, but when there is a cut-scene like looking at a penalty box, the game is stuck in that camera view.
What do you expect to see? Not sure
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here On Be A Pro
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Nov 10 around 6pm
What is your time zone? PNT (MST) - GMT - 7:00

    Thanks for letting me know. It shouldn't be taking a minute. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait for an update to resolve this issue. If we hear of any workarounds, we'll be sure to let you all know.

    Hello, @RocknRollar3333 

    How long are you waiting for the cut scene to end? Currently, there are extended due to an issue that is being worked on, but the extended replay is intended currently. It's not intended that normal gameplay doesn't resume though.
