Stuck in game setup (Choose sides)

For at least a week, I have been unable to play offline against the computer. Every time I try to play my challenges, I get stuck on the game setup screen(The choose side screen where i usually have ...

    Hey @Huzzard,

    In the other thread, when you said you had a loading screen issue, I was under the impression that it was a different issue than the Game Setup screen issue.

    Here is a temporary solution for this issue:

    1. Go to any online HUT mode.
    2. Advance to the Game Setup screen where you search for an opponent.
    3. Go back to an offline HUT mode, wait 3 seconds, and enter.
    4. This should fix the problem.

    Regarding compensation, you will need to contact EA Help, as I cannot help with that.  You can submit a ticket here: https://help.ea.com/
