Stuck on connection screen with gray buffering circle in the middle

I just can't connect I have tried every other topics and fixes I linked my account didn't work I re downloaded didn't work tried deleting my user didn't work please someone anyone EA especially help ...

  1. Please attempt to reproduce the issue again.  If it still happens, provide us with the following:
    • The date the issue occurred
    • The exact time the issue occurred
    • The timezone you're in
    • Your PSN ID/Gamertag
  2. Does this issue occur for you in other EA games?

    @NHL_Live_Support the word is it's still happening and the game needs to be fixed. The information you want is useless and personally i don't want to own any of EA game
