This link explains how to get future gold packs, but I haven't received the HUT Cover Athlete, HUT Legend or HUT Rookie items. When I signed into HUT, I had the loyalty packs from NHL 18 and 17, but that was it. I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition. What should I do next?

Please note that if you changed platform (played on a different console previously) you will not get any of the loyalty bonuses.
