Telia ISP - My ping is doubled, what to do?
I use to have 10-12 now I have 24-26 ms. Need to fix it before gwc playoffs.

@EA_Aljo Nope. That's not the best you can do. This issue has been going on for a month now and it's making the gaming experience really bad and all you do is to ignore the problem. The issue is that people with Telia somehow have a higher ping when connecting to the Stockholm server all of a sudden, why? You, as a company, should reach out to Telia and AWS to try and figure this out instead of doing nothing. Is it too much to ask for? Can you at EA do anything right for once, please?

We don't have anything to do with Telia's services. This isn't something we can help them with. We have no control over their systems, nor do we have any access to them. When we see a lot of people only on one ISP having the same issue, that's something the ISP needs to resolve. Also, without going through troubleshooting, we can't rule out any issues with your connection.
- @EA_Aljo Telia says it's your servers, you say it's Telia. What i'm asking for is that you work TOGETHER with Telia and AWS to figure out what's causing this sudden change in MS. Why does people who had between 6-16 MS all of a sudden have 30+
Why can't you work with Telia and AWS to try and figure this out instead of just leaving a big chunk of players with this BS? Now I tried another ISP (Tele2), unfortunately same issue. As I see it, it´s EA issues, not ISP issues. So, I´m pretty done with EA now as well.
Its time to fix this issue now EA , i know at least 150 players Who are having ms problems. Its been like this for more than a month now. No more money is going to be spend i Hut or Fut until this is solved.
Is it any news in this case? Im a Telia customer in Norway, and i have had the same issue for some weeks now. I used to connect to the Stockholm server with 12 MS, but now i only connect to the german server (or another nearby) with 22 MS.
Can EA help us here ? The problem has been for 3 months. Its really frustrating. Plz
As of 23:00 swedish time our (players with Telia ISP) just doubled again - from our already worsened pings. So personally I went from 17 to 38. Originally I had 7. Please fix this. Call Telia or whatever, there is obviously a problem.
This isue is still the same , many people has changed their isp. Some can not change and are stuck with this problem. I have telia and live in sweden and connect to frankfurt Germany) its * , all of my friends connect to ea Stockholm server with much better ping . Why should Telia make it bad for us costumers ? The are not stupid... It must be EA Who blocks Telias costumers to connect to the right server to * with Telia, im not stupid , its all about money.....

We aren't blocking any specific ISPs. This sounds like an issue you should take up with your provider. Especially if your friends are on a different ISP and are connecting fine.
