Telia ISP - My ping is doubled, what to do?
I use to have 10-12 now I have 24-26 ms. Need to fix it before gwc playoffs.

@EA_Aljo Telia says it's your servers, you say it's Telia. What i'm asking for is that you work TOGETHER with Telia and AWS to figure out what's causing this sudden change in MS. Why does people who had between 6-16 MS all of a sudden have 30+
Why can't you work with Telia and AWS to try and figure this out instead of just leaving a big chunk of players with this BS?

Community ManagerWe haven't been able to troubleshoot your connection so we can't confirm there are no issues with it. Regardless, if we find any problems with your region, they will be investigated.
Now I tried another ISP (Tele2), unfortunately same issue. As I see it, it´s EA issues, not ISP issues. So, I´m pretty done with EA now as well.
Its time to fix this issue now EA , i know at least 150 players Who are having ms problems. Its been like this for more than a month now. No more money is going to be spend i Hut or Fut until this is solved.
Is it any news in this case? Im a Telia customer in Norway, and i have had the same issue for some weeks now. I used to connect to the Stockholm server with 12 MS, but now i only connect to the german server (or another nearby) with 22 MS.
Can EA help us here ? The problem has been for 3 months. Its really frustrating. Plz
This isue is still the same , many people has changed their isp. Some can not change and are stuck with this problem. I have telia and live in sweden and connect to frankfurt Germany) its * , all of my friends connect to ea Stockholm server with much better ping . Why should Telia make it bad for us costumers ? The are not stupid... It must be EA Who blocks Telias costumers to connect to the right server to * with Telia, im not stupid , its all about money.....

We aren't blocking any specific ISPs. This sounds like an issue you should take up with your provider. Especially if your friends are on a different ISP and are connecting fine.
