ive been doing that for weeks to no avail not a single person from ea's support has helped

I see your situation is different. You're trying to go through account recovery but haven't been able to verify you own the account so they can't recover it. You'll have to recover the account before they can help with this.

Sorry for the confusion. What I was saying is that you'll need to get the account recovered before they can help with the password reset. Most likely, that will be part of the account recovery process anyway.
