The old bait and switch huh EA?

Ohh, how I've been waiting for the launch of NHL 15. Paid good money for it as soon as I could afford the 60 dollar price tag. I thought there must have been some mistake when I got home and popped it into my machine. Maybe NHL 14 somehow got labeled and packaged, accidentally, in my NHL 15 game case? But saddly NO,,, a duplicate NHL 14 is NHL 15.

Can I get my money back for NHL 15? Walmart wont take back opened games and I already paid for this game last year when I purchased NHL 14.

What a let down EA. Is this even legal???
