Tim Stutzle NHL fantasy card not updating

Is there any reason why Stutzle, a fantasy hockey card, playing in the NHL, is not upgrading even though he is scoring NHL goals? Did I miss something along the way in the rules where it said +1 to a...

    What @TTZ_Dipsy said is true, but to add on to that, NHL fantasy cards will still upgrade, but the World Junior fantasy cards only upgraded during the World Juniors.

Hey @habsfreak10, unless there is a new event I'm not aware of (which is entirely possible), fantasy players were only meant to upgrade during the World Juniors.
