So I know my password and user name and I can login in on my phone but not my ps4 every time I try to it says "we cannot complete this action at this time"
Dose that I should wait its been happening for a few weeks now

Here to revive this: I am on Xbox one, attempting to login on PvZ GW2. I got the message: "We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com." I've tried a few different things, considering it asks for my "Public ID and password". I have no clue what my "Public ID" is; is it my email? A username? Even tried my EA ID with the exact result. I play this on the PC on steam with no issues, so help?
