There are other questions on the form, none of which are able to verify my account. I implore you to please stop being obtuse and kindly assist me with my issue and provide the best course of action.
As far as my ea account details, I havenr played any of those games. The account would have been inactive for the last 5 years. None of those... things you mention, ultimate team, battlefield stuff...do not apply to me. Not that I would consider any of tjayessential information anyways. I do not care if my wins loss record from 2015 are carried over. I only want to play the game with all the features I paid for. I apologize for speaking this way but it sounds like I am at an impasse.
Just so I am crystal clear on what is happening. I will not be able, nor will I ever be able to play ea titles online because of an incorrect email address linked to my playstation Id? I just want to be sure i have exhausted all options before returning the game and moving on.
The responses you have provided are identical to the other posts facing this issue. All of which the user was not able to play the game. I will leave this thread open in case any body else in the future runs into this problem.
Tldr::If you do not have access to the email account that is linked to your ea account, no matter how long it has been idle, you will be required to jump through several hoops to recover it, with no guaranteed success. After submitting the web form, as all of them help techs suffer, and receiving a reply that they cannot verify. Your best bet is to return the game. You are not going to be able to play it. EA you have lived up to your reputation again. I will avoid EA titles in the future as aparently their online features will remain inaccessible to me. Because of an account opened half a decade ago.
Thank you for taking the time to reply.
