Unopened pack glitch

Got the same thing since Yesterday after I did the first challenge from Team challenges, Notification was showing 2 packs, only 1 in there, opened it and now I got the 1 Notice with no pack, even open a Case at EA Help, told me it's probably a visual bug so just restart your game, told him , I already did, even restart my PS4 and did a rebuild database, told me it's probably a bug.

Hello, everyone. If you're talking about seeing the unopened pack notification in NHL 23, that is something we're investigating. I don't have any other details at this time.

Hello, here is a tip. Everytome I receive my tier3 win streak reward packs in rivals my unopened pack glitch goes up by 1. Now it shows 5 unopened packs when there are none.
