When do I receive my packs from the deluxe edition game?
It says I get 25 packs but i only got my initial one and one more. Do I get them periodically or all at once?

Yes I have the same problem. I inserted the EB Games code and received my 2 packs right away. Then I put in the EA Delux Codes and it was verified but when I went into the games I had not received my packs.
At the time of writing this I am still waiting for them.
I wasn't sure about this but I think on the inside of the cover where your redeemed code is it says....Use the code above to unlock you NHL 17 deluxe Edition content- 25 Hockey Ultimate team gold plus packs (1 per week for 25 weeks) Then underneath it says expires 10/2/2016. So I guess we get them once a week for 25 weeks? I just hope that the expiration date means you need to register the code before then in order for it to work and hope I get my 25 packs no matter how they come. Which sucks for me because I opened my starter pack and got my bonus pack and realized after my abbreviation was HUT next to my ranger logo. So I started over so I could change my abbreviation and lost all my coins and players. So I guess its a 24 HUT gold plus packs ill get for my present team lol.

How do I redeem a code if I downloaded a digital version of this game? I don't remember getting one.

You shouldn't have to redeem a code, If you do, Go to the store and there is a (redeem code) box.
I preordered and it downloaded instantly, Played the 10 hours trial time no problem finished a couple hours before game release.
when the game released it went directly into the game and it said (thank-you for preordering nhl 17) and I got my rub packs plus 2 tradable and two more tradable packs the next day. They said I would get my packs per week on every sunday but I got them on Saturday instead (I guess what part of the world you are in) No problems since except for the normal cheesers and puck raggers.
ps......I bought the super deluxe edition.

I also pre ordered the super deluxe through PSN, I got the return bonus and then the 2 packs the next day, but nothing since.
Some people said it should be Sunday, some said the day you activated, either way it has been a week since and I am still waiting for the packs I paid for with this $$$$ edition
