Where is the ATL Thrasher logo in CAT?

Ive looked far and wide for an answer to this, but struggle to find one. I've made a Thrashers team using a custom team logo, and wish i could use the real one. The Thrasher logo was in NHL 14 so it cant be because of licensing if it is how did they obtain the rights then but not now? Does anyone know why the Thrasher logo is unavailable?
