Who is the Server Hosting company for EASports

Does anyone know who the server hosting company for Electronic Arts is. I have been told and heard that EA does not directly have their own servers, that they outsource them. When I hear people have lagged out of games or been kicked off the EA Servers, but are still on xbox live i always wonder why. Is this 100% true and if it is not EAs fault then who's is it. Is there a way we can get in contact with the company? A number of people have been experiencing this the past week on both the Xbox One and the Xbox 360. If anyone has any information or input, it would be much appreciated.
