Why can’t I wear the jersey I unlocked

Unfortunately, I'm not able to view those images. Which jersey have you unlocked that isn't available?

I can't view the pictures but assume you're talking about special jerseys like the old pixel NHL 94 jerseys -- Those are considered stock branding and you'll need to switch from custom to be able to use them in-game

Edit: ah I can see the images when I download em. Yup that'll be considered stock branding but I'm not 100% sure if every single jersey can be used in EASHL. Regardless, thr fact it remains locked is a little weird (I had a similar problem a little while ago); an EA Game Advisor should be able to unlock it for you

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Tried reinstalling the game. Used to have the Hockey Fights Cancer jersey but now that jersey isn't showing anymore either. The patch does installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? No jersey.

I have uninstalled the game and watched it reinstall along with the update. The file information on my Xbox shows I'm running 1.5.
